Welcome to Crystal Auto Styling Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website autodetailingwinnipeg.ca and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or booking any service.
1. Appointment & Deposit Policy
All specialty services require a booking deposit to secure dedicated bay time and technician scheduling.
Deposits are applied toward the final invoice.
Deposit amounts:
• Tint: $100
• Detailing over $500: $200
• Paint Correction & Ceramic: $300–$500
• PPF under $3,000: $500
• PPF over $3,000: 30%
Appointments are not confirmed until deposit is received.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• 48+ hours notice → Deposit transferable once
• Less than 48 hours notice → Deposit retained
• No-show → Deposit forfeited
Due to limited daily capacity, late cancellations impact scheduling and reserved labor.
One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking.
3. Vehicle Condition & Inspection
Final pricing is confirmed after in-person inspection.
Additional charges may apply for:
• Excessive contamination
• Heavy oxidation
• Deep scratches beyond clear coat
• Severe pet hair
• Biohazard contamination
• Aftermarket modifications
• Previous repaint inconsistencies
Clients will be informed before additional work proceeds.
4. Paint Correction Expectations
Paint correction improves finish clarity but does not guarantee 100% defect removal.
• Deep scratches penetrating clear coat may remain
• Repainted panels may respond differently
• Thin clear coat areas may limit correction
Industry standards allow minor imperfections under certain lighting conditions.
5. PPF Installation Expectations
• Minor seams may be necessary on complex panels
• Edge wrapping varies depending on panel design
• Slight texture under extreme lighting is normal
• Film curing may show temporary moisture bubbles
Final inspection is completed at delivery.
6. Window Tint Expectations
• Minor dust particles within industry tolerance may occur
• No windows down for 3–5 days
• Temporary haziness during cure period is normal
• Rear defroster lines may show slight film texture
Lifetime warranty applies to manufacturer defects.
7. Ceramic Coating Care
• No automatic washes during curing period
• Avoid chemical exposure first 7 days
• Maintenance is recommended to preserve longevity
Coating performance depends on ongoing care.
8. Personal Belongings
Vehicles must be emptied prior to service.
We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
9. Payment Terms
Final payment is due upon vehicle pickup.
Accepted payment methods:
• Debit
• Credit
• E-transfer
• Approved financing
Vehicles may not be released until balance is cleared.
10. Limitation of Liability
Crystal Auto Styling is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Mechanical failures
• Electronic malfunctions unrelated to service
• Previously repaired panels responding unpredictably
All work is performed to professional industry standards.
